Interclean's association with internationally recognised companies provides additional expertise and equipment which allows us to accommodate clients with specialised service needs such as; catalyst handling, dredging and waste transfer, heavy oil tank cleaning and waste product recycling.

Tailored Vacuum Cleaning Equipment
Interclean has an extensive variety of vacuum loading equipment. We operate mobile truck mounted units and client in-house, site plant equipment to service this division. Our range extends to electrically operated vacuum machines for plant clean downs using either bag house or water bubbler filtration methods.
Dangerous good certification for units available.

Noise Level Awareness
Interclean's awareness of the high noise level of traditional vacuum equipment has influenced it to invest in low decibel high efficiency equipment. This equipment allows for all night operation in inner city and built-up areas.

Wet & Dry Vacuum Loading
Interclean has a variety of Liquid Ring vacuum units which allow the pick up of wet and /or dry materials and enable efficient removal of sludge and heavy silts. Typically our 350 hp units can effectively lift waste material in excess of 30 metres vertically and greater than 200 metres horizontally. Water or air agitation of the material to be lifted greatly enhances efficiency. Linked with intermediary hoppers and containers, separation of solid and liquids can be achieved in one operation.
The units are truck and or trailer mounted and specified depending on the work at hand.
Compliance with OSH Regulation for entry into manways, sumps, pits etc, demands the use of breathing apparatus in many environments. These units are available.

Hydro-excavation
Excavation for emergency or scheduled repairs can be completed with water jetting and vacuum loading in tandem. Hydro-excavation provides efficient and safe excavation of underground utilities such as pipes and cables without mechanical contact and use of excavators etc. Excavated materials are immediately contained and removed from the work site.

Other Services
Interclean has the Project Management and planning skills to provide a Client service in a number of specific areas such as; heavy oil and sludge tank cleaning, dredging and transfer of waste products over long distances, catalyst handling and the cleaning or recycling of waste products for re-use. Specialised equipment may be required to be designed and sized to meet these varying demands. These services can be offered through Interclean's strong relationship and affiliation with a number of overseas businesses and internationally recognised companies, providing us with specialised industrial knowledge and equipment.
