Ultra High (UHP) & High Pressure (HP) Water Jetting Preparation
Water Jetting utilising Ultra High and High Pressure Jetting systems in various configurations produces a significantly more environmentally friendly means of cleaning substrates in preparation for coating application. Couple UHP with the latest technology in surface cleaning tools and vacuum loading, and the concerns with regards to discharge/containment of toxic waste, coatings and films, with potential harm to operators and the general public is greatly reduced or eliminated. The Company endorses the use of recognised and trade industry standards.

Abrasive Blasting
Abrasive blasting is available in many forms, from typical factory abrasive blasting, to site blasting using conventional dry blast technology or vacuum blast methods. Typically, the Company's factories provide for grit blast preparation methods, however as for the site operations, abrasive alternatives such as Shot, Garnet and proprietary abrasives can be utilised.
In some situations where an anchor pattern is required on the substrate, such as for metal arc spraying, abrasive blasting should be specified. The Company endorses the use of recognised and trade industry standards.

Coating Application
Interclean has a wide range of coating application equipment, providing all manner of application techniques from simple brush/roller type application, through to a range of spray techniques (conventional and airless), to metal arc application. Typically, the selection of the application methodology is dependent on the coating being applied, the service environments, and the aesthetics required.
Company procedures and specifications promote ideas such as stripe-coating, and Company endorses the use of recognised and trade/industry standards.

Environment Conditioning
Where natural environmental condition preclude achieving conditions suitable for surface preparation or coating application, Interclean has a variety of Air Blowers, Heaters, Dehumidifiers and Air conditioning tools with capacity for large storage tank type structures.
Whilst Airline filters, Desiccant dryers, Moisture traps, and the like compliment surface preparation and coating application tools, surface testing equipment such as Chloride Testers, Air Flow Anemometers complement the Company’s drive to provide faultless application and term warrantees.

Quality and Project Management Services
Quality Control is a Management function that is being driven to all onsite technicians and applicators. Within the framework of the Company's AS/NZS ISO 9001 AS/NZS ISO 14001 Certification, all aspects of QC are being developed, and the ideals of TQM endorsed.
Project Management Services are offered, whereby Interclean shall offer "a One Stop Shop" that endorses all aspects of Project Management, incorporating Condition Assessment, Maintenance Planning, Budgeting and Fiscal Control, Quality Management and Integration of other Trades, etc.
